Does SheKnows really know? Hardly!  Whoops! how did that photo possibly get in my blog? I dunno – must be some type virus. There are some fascinating women out there doing productive work and they don’t give two hoots in hell about whether scent inspires fashion or what turns men on …the main content of sites such as SheKnows. Actually, women with temerity are a threat to some men and extremely attractive to others. There are many women in the media, politics, academia and the corporate world that I find tedious and strident – no matter their political stand.  But let us consider Sarah Palin. She is a savvy politician, mother, conservative darling and liberal nightmare. What wouldn’t you give to see those long legs with red high heels taking a stroll through the halls of Congress? Yoo Hoo! Wouldn’t that be a hoot! Go Sarah go!

I have a wonderful friend who comes to mind. She is pushing 90 years old and still does volunteer work three days a week in an old folk’s home – the kind that reeks of urine when you walk through the doors. I am quite sure that when she makes the same rounds she has made for many years, she brings sunshine to all the elderly whose families no longer care or want to be bothered with an aged family member. My friend worked for the Indian Red Cross for many years. She also worked with Mother Theresa and Mahatma GandiJi.  She wanted to join her order but when Mother asked if she was a Catholic, my friend said, “No I’m not.” Mother then asked, “What faith do you practice?” My friend responded, “Love is my religion – that is what I practice.” Mother couldn’t allow her to join because of this one issue – yet they loved and respected one another.

Look at this beautiful face. Is she not one of God’s masterpieces? This type woman possesses something far greater than any woman featured in these online tabloids such as the one mentioned. My type of woman possesses the jewel of compassion and the desire to help lift the consciousness of man.  My type of woman can discourse on any subject outside of botox, entertainment news and Paris Hilton. These are very bright women that not only are promoting but initiating the cutting edge perspectives in business and government – not to speak of motherhood – a word not cherished in the world today…certainly not by feminists.

Why did the feminists not support Sarah Palin? Why did the feminists not support the women abused by Bill Clinton? It is women who are the mothers of this nation – and perhaps 2012 is that moment in time for a woman to step up to the plate and become America’s first President. America is on a moral decline – which has little to do with partisan politics. It is a question of what lies within the consciousness of mankind. What are our core beliefs? How much are we willing to sacrifice in order to create a healthy family life for our children? How much are we willing to sacrifice in order to turn this country around? Sacrifice isn’t always about money. How much of our time do we spend helping others? How much time do we spend thinking of others? Truth be known – not much. My advice to all those with strong political convictions who are trying to roll others over to their political persuasion is to first look to themselves. Don’t try to put out the fire in my house – when your own is blazing. Does SheKnows really know? Hardly!

On Terrorism it’s Time to Know, to Profile, and to Discriminate by  Newt Gingrich 12/30/2009

We know our opponents are radical extremists of the irreconcilable wing of Islam (Islamists, some would call them).

We know they have an ideology which is anti-female, desires to impose fundamentalist Sharia as a form of law, is hostile to other religions and is prepared to kill the innocent to achieve their goals.

Like G.W. Bush, John McCain, Hillary Clinton & Barack Obama, Newt knows something that is untrue. Our opponent is Islam. Islam’s canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence contains demonic injunctions to make war upon disbelievers.  Islamic aggression flows directly from its scripture, tradition & jurisprudence. Islam is fundamentally and irreversibly incompatible with liberty & democracy.

Islam is paternalistic & misogynistic by design. Global imposition of Shari’ah is  part of the grand design, not an innovation. Islam is not just hostile to Judaism, Christianity & Zoroastrianism, it is engaged in perpetual warfare against them.

Newt’s article included seven thematic headings which deserve some attention.

• Our Politically Correct Government is Making Life More Miserable For the Innocent

It is true, p.c. policy imposes a great burden on innocent travelers and puts them at risk.

• It’s Time to Be Honest About What We Know

Really, its long overdue.  But the quotes included above indicate that Newt is part of the problem, not part of the solution.

• Protecting the Rights of Terrorists Has Been More Important than Protecting the Lives of Americans

While that statement appears strident at first glance, it is an understatement. Three thousand lives might have been saved if the investigators had properly inspected the contents of one terrorist’s computer. We need to scan, interrogate and search Muslims, not innocent citizens.  Careful background checks are needed to identify them well in advance.

• The United States Must Actively Root Out Every Terrorist Website

I don’t believe it is possible to root them out, and I am not convinced that it is desirable. As soon as one is pulled down, they’ll replace it with another.  Those sites can serve as a source of actionable intelligence if properly exploited.

• We Need a “Grand National Strategy” That is Bigger Than the Debate Over Afghanistan

We needed a strategy eight years ago. We needed to honestly identify the enemy first. That need has not been met yet.

• The New Honesty Should End Any Thought of a Civilian Trial in New York for KSM

If there was any new honesty, it would come too late to derail that trial.  But there is no new honesty, and  it is unlikely that there ever will be official  honesty concerning Islam and terrorism.

• We Need a New Homeland Security Secretary Who Knows We Need a New Strategy

That is a grand statement of the obvious. But we also need a Commander In Chief  with the same knowledge.  Newt Gingrich has identified a real need: official honesty in identifying and characterizing the enemy.  But instead of promoting it, he has continued the politically correct practice of implying that mythical ‘radical extremists’ are  the cause of terrorism.

In reality, believers of orthodox Islamic doctrine are responsible for terrorism. The Qur’an commands Jihad imperatives which require perpetual war. Those imperatives are in 8:39, 8:60, 9:29 & 9:123.  Those imperatives are confirmed by hadith including Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387. Those imperatives are codified into Islamic law in Reliance of the Traveler O9.8 & O9.9. Terrorism is sanctified in 3:151, commanded in 8:12, exemplified in 33:26 and confirmed in Sahih Bukhari 4.52.220. The new honesty Newt calls for involves acknowledging the fatal fact documented in this paragraph. It is extremely unlikely that any candidate for high office will fully engage in such honesty.

Any politician who publicly identifies Islam as the source of Islamic terrorism and genocidal Jihad will be labeled racist & bigot.  Which one of them has the SISU required to state the facts and pound home the proof?  Who can withstand the Islamic & Democrat Party propaganda mills and mainstream media?   We have two years in which to find such a hero. It appears that Newt is not the one.  Sarah Palin has already proved herself too p.c. My bet is on Tom Tancredo.

The brilliance of her strategy is lost on the left and moderate spectrum of the political operative world. From her resignation as Alaska’s governor, thus shutting down the sniping from the left with endless ethics charges and court fees, to launching her tour to the out of the way places rather than the big cities.

Palin strikes a chord in regular Americans because she comes across as a real person. She is not a polished political operative. What the media disdains in her, Americans love in her. What the media criticizes her for, Americans love her for. She loves her husband & her kids, she is passionate about what she believes in and isn’t afraid of a fight. She doesn’t ‘triangulate.’

Whether this is a run-up to a presidential bid in 2012 remains to be seen, but she is pushing the conservative cause forward as she promotes her book. Her endorsement of Doug Hoffman in the NY23 Congressional race released a flood of donations from the tea-party folk to the Hoffman campaign.

Sarah Palin is a rock star to conservatives, and the liberal media hates her. All the more reason to love her. Keep doing what you’re doing, Sarah, red-blooded Americans like it!

Why a good Mom might make a better President than a man? Well, what do mothers do? They micro manage and think of others 24/7. They wake up determined, make breakfast, get the kids off to school, spend the rest of the day cleaning the house, grocery shopping, driving the kids to soccer, basketball, cheer leading, make dinner, clean up after dinner – not to speak of the multitudinous errands they run for everyone. The women with husbands have to get themselves “titty-vated” (a word my granny used after going to the beauty parlor) before hubby walks in the door and listen to a litany of blah, blah, blah, about this person or that person that she never heard of. Then if, by some miracle, he asks her, “How was your day honey”…just when she opens her mouth to answer, he remembers that he wants a beer before dinner so he can relax and watch a little T.V. So it’s a plus to be a care giver and have a mother’s heart. A little diplomacy doesn’t hurt either. Most politicians lack that compassion that most Moms have – otherwise we wouldn’t have a Health Care Plan in the works that is a disaster for the elderly and everyone else who isn’t an illegal.

Most Moms work best under pressure and know how to take their licks. Good Moms don’t take a lot of mouth from their kids, they know how to kick butt when needed, they give a hug when earned and never give up on anything or anyone they believe in. So what does this have to do with government? EVERYTHING! Let’s take Sarah Palin – just as an example of sheer guts. True, I am a big fan of hers and would love to see a ticket with her on it because she has PLUCK! But I can’t remember any woman in history that has been bludgeoned as has Sarah Palin…oh and let’s not forget how they continue to attack her Downs Syndrome baby, all her other children, her husband, and anything else they can dig up. So what’s the problem? Why the fear? In the Puffed up Post, I commented on a blog written by Deepak Chopra – an individual “who is supposed” to be about helping others find their way. Yet he injects himself into politics like a worm into the mouth of a snake. Yet, Sarah just keeps on going. I like her. Americans like her because she speaks the language of common sense. She’s also about morality, family, bringing business back to America and common sense fiscal responsibility. In short, she works well under pressure. Most Moms do – otherwise they’d go crazy. I know because I’ve raised five. I also think it’s important to practice when elected what you preached when you campaigned.

Any strong Mom faced with vitriolic opposition in a family situation, would just reach over the table and grab little “Mr. Know It All” (like Rahm Emanuel) by his lapels and say, “Listen you little piece of dog do – shut the hell up or I’ll kick your ass into your ears….now go to your room and stay there or I’ll pull the damn telephone out of the wall and throw your computer right through your window – maybe with you on top of it!!!!!!” Guaranteed! That would be the end of that! Actually, I wouldn’t mind seeing a good Mom President come in packing. O.K. – just a thought!

These are other qualities that should be considered when electing a President. Do they know how to motivate? Do they know how to kick butt until it hurts? Do they have the guts to go down to the wire in the face of tremendous opposition?  Do they know how to be innovative and come up with creative solutions that are good for everyone? Most importantly, do they have their hand on the heartbeat of the American people? Do they have common sense? In the long haul, most questions – even posed by the most brilliant analytical minds – require a knowledgeable leader  with common sense to find resolution.

Another thing that any good Mom would never tolerate is a kid watching a show like the music awards the other night. The sewage coming from their mouths was so bad that there were more bleeps than music. A good Mom President would put a quick end to all the porn on the internet, change the rating in films and in music  – even though it might cost her the next election. Then she’d take on all the self interest groups and would handle those board meetings similar to the one with little Rahm Emanuel.  She might even resort to making Barney Frank write 1000 times “ I will not marry any man again who earns over 11,000 a year. In that way, I won’t be tempted to accept kick backs from the company he works for like Herb Moses and Fannie Mae!.” Another thing she’d do is go on a worldwide tour – speak of America’s virtues and the possibilities of working together for a better tomorrow. She would always lead from a position of strength and not of weakness. She would be a elegant first lady – in the same manner as Nancy Reagan, both Bush wives, and Jackie Kennedy. …understated elegance.

Yep! I think men have had their shot at running this country –  time for a good Mom to take charge! The CEO or Politician who doesn’t get a heads up on all of the above – is not qualified – better suited for take out at McDonald’s.

Q1. Is Sarah Palin the real Deal?

Q2. How will she get the Socialist Squirrel old man stink off her?

Q3. Is she just a long line of Guerrilla Marketing constructs that have plagued our political system?

I first saw Sarah Palin at the RNC Convention 2008 when I had to swallow McCain as our Republican Party Candidate.  She was brilliant.  Articulate and wholesome and honestly, she had that wow factor.

I kept thinking to myself, what can be done to get rid of the Rockefeller Socialist Squirrel McCain that topped the ticket?  There was nothing we could do, our party so infested with Socialist Squirrels had allowed this travesty to attain our endorsement.  There was opposition, but in a convention of sheeple, there was no turning back.  And when the Socialist Squirrels had both horses in this race, we jumped on the lesser of two evils.

Q4. Why don’t we deserve a Conservative candidate?

I was totally impressed with Sarah, and realized quickly that the vote in 2008 was not for McCain, but that for Sarah Palin.  Hell, that is why I pulled the lever.

I cringed when I found out the union connections with Sarah’s husband and family.  Then I began to ask myself, is she the good hard working professional that the unions prey upon or is she just a snazzy creation of these Socialist Squirrels that have overtaken our Republican Party Conservative wing?

Q5. Is she a double agent sent to lead the Conservative wing of our party by the power brokers and marketing fools of American politics?  Or is she the Real Deal?

Sarah says all the right things.  There is nothing besides my gut that tells me she is anything than what she projects.  I love the fact that she is a hunter and her experience serving this country is unmatched by 90% of the jackasses that get elected to public office each year.

Q6. So why do I still have this sinking suspicion that she is just another construct of a political marketing machine that is destroying this country?

Honestly, I can’t tell you why.  I am just very suspicious.  Is she for us?  Or is she against us?

Maybe, just maybe, she is a victim.  But I do not want a victim leading this nation out of the mess this Obama administration will leave behind.  If we get there!  That is right, if we get there!

She did clean up the mess in Alaska, so maybe she would do a good job.

Is it wrong that I want a leader who comes from the grassroots and is adept at reading the political landscape?  Strong on defense and ready to carve out the Socialist plague that is destroying this nation?  A leader who will actually shrink Government instead of just cutting back growth?

Q7. I know that there are a ton of great union members out there, but don’t they just enable our opposition?

I know for myself I did not become an educator because of the union maintaining mediocrity in the industry.  I chose to avoid employment opportunities if a socialist squirrel union was involved.  After all, this is America.  We have the freedom to choose, to work for whom we will and the freedom to fail in business or any efforts we undertake.

I just don’t see the need for unions in America or the world.  If you do not have an employer who is upholding their end of the bargain, there are plenty of other great American business men and women that need your talent and skill.  Today, because of the union and socialist squirrel infestation, our schools train employees, not EMPLOYERS!  Mediocrity we have come to expect from Socialist Squirrel Unions that we are nutty enough to put up with.

Apathy is a killer!

I am not sure about Sarah Palin.  I don’t consider her my leader although I respect her greatly.  I just have this gut feeling.  I want to embrace her and lift her up.  I just can’t right now.  Hell, I am not even interested in her book.  But maybe that is because I have a sleeping room end table with a stack of pundit books that I never quite get to.  I am sure they are good, but honestly, lifting the heavy water here uniting the grassroots Conservative thought, voice and image is a hell of a lot more fun and exciting than reading about what we have been publishing now since July 27, 2007. I bet a lot of our Authors’ readers feel the same.

I know I am frustrating a bunch of Sarah Palin fans.  That is okay, I look forward to hearing from you and telling me what your gut is telling you.  I really like Sarah.  But, I am not sold that she is the leader we need to lift up and support.

If I wanted to get behind anyone it would be my own Congresswoman, Michele Bachmann.  I know she is the real deal!  I watched her in my own backyard out maneuver and utterly destroy our MNGOP that is wrought and infested with Socialist Squirrel union controllers.

I never fall asleep worrying that Michele will vote on the wrong side of a bill.  She is profoundly brilliant, influential and like my great grandfather E.W. Everson, she stands when no one else will.  This Woman is Grizzly as they come.  I am so proud of her.

I am just not sure that I want to lose her as my congresswoman.  When she left the state to go to Washington, the Socialist Squirrels and ACORN went nuts here in our State Capital.

That is the threat, that we don’t have enough really great Grizzly candidates for elected office.

Those of us who have great leaders do not want to give them up.  For every one great Candidate there are a hundred Socialist Squirrel Frankens, Klobuchars and Obersta’s out there.

So looking at the Presidential race in 2012 is way too premature.

We have an election here in 2010 and candidates are just waking up now!  Now?  Where were they this last year?

Q8. Don’t get me wrong we have a memorandum on this Obama administration and Socialist Squirrel House and Senate that will swing elections in our favor, but will it elect those for us, or are they wolves in sheep’s clothing and be against us in the end?

Q9. Have we found and lifted up enough Conservative candidates, funders and support structures?

Q10. Have we worked hard enough to provide the proper structures and vehicles needed to launch these candidates into victory?

In this post, I am not providing any answers.  Just questions for you to ask of yourself and of our Conservative leadership.  I encourage you to offer your answers in the comment section or link back to this post with your blog responses of solutions.

I have answers but I am more interested in your thought, voice and image.
