U.S. Rep. Bachmann Releases the People’s
Declaration of Health Freedom

(St. Paul/Minneapolis)
– After Congresswoman Michele Bachmann released her Declaration of Health Care Independence this afternoon, Citizens’ Council on Health Care released the following statement.

“The Declaration declares what the people of America in town halls and tea parties having been asking for from Congress: “We demand Constitutional protection of the right to make our own health decisions and our own healthcare choices free of government denials, bureaucratic red tape and greater intergenerational debt.”

“As majority members of Congress consider a Plan B for bringing government-run health care to America, and before President Obama uses his State of the Union to push such a plan, this Declaration stands in opposition to any such plan.

“These ‘rules of the road’ as Congresswoman Michele Bachmann stated at her press conference this afternoon should stand as a steady guide and a strong guardrail against the imposition of socialized medicine as passed by Congress in 2009.”

Term Limits! Are we really that lazy?

By ChadTEverson, 6 December, 2009, 3 Comments
Term Limits! Are we really that lazy?

Seriously, Are we really that lazy of a Republic that we need to set term limits for our elected officials?

A term limit is a legal restriction that limits the number of terms a person may serve in a particular elected office. Term limits are found usually in presidential and semi-presidential systems as a method to curb the potential for dictatorships, where a leader effectively becomes “president for life”. There are different types of term limits. Sometimes, there is an absolute limit on the number of terms a person can serve, while, in other cases, the restrictions are merely on the number of consecutive terms a person can serve.

Is Sarah Palin the Real Deal?

Is Sarah Palin the Real Deal?

Q1. Is Sarah Palin the real Deal?

Q2. How will she get the Socialist Squirrel old man stink off her?

Q3. Is she just a long line of Guerilla Marketing constructs that have plagued our political system?

I first seen Sarah Palin at the RNC Convention 2008 when I had to swallow McCain as our Republican Party Candidate. She was brilliant. Articulate and wholesome and honestly, she had that wow factor.
