Romney drops out.
Sorry I didn’t get this up earlier, but it has been ou for a while and I was out to lunch. Mitt Romney dropped out of the Republican Primary. That leaves only 1viable choice fro Republicans to choose, and that is McCain. Yes, he has stabbed the republican base and colleguesin the back many times, signed in one f the most aggregious laws against Freedom of Speach, wanted to legalize the illegal immingrants that are in the country. But he will not leave Iraq to hang out to dry. To me thisis the number one issue, and it should be for all Americans, left or right.
As I have written before, AL Queda is on the run, but they arenot dead and are trying to get WMDs in their hands to use against us or our allies. Teh waron Terror should be the number one topic that McCain uses against the Defeatocatic ticket. It deosn’t mattter who they put up, they are all of the same ilk, stick head in ground and grab ankles.
And if you want a Supreme Court Justice that will interpret the Constitution the correct way and not look to the EU for theri decisions, you have only one choice, and that is McCain. And if you don’t want to be taxed into a Recession, you only have one choice, and that is McCain. I could goon adn on, but you get the picture. Yes, McCain is not the conservative that we wereall looking for, but as in life we do not get everything we want.
We as a conservative movement can persuade McCain to stay focused on conservative issues and get away from the abomination of the New Church of Manbearpig. McCain has drunk the cool aid of AlGore, but we can send him some pretty persuasive anmtidote, science adn the truth. look what the conservative movement dod with the Dubai Ports Deal and Harriet Meirs (spelling?). So not all is lost. Hillary and Obama can both be beaten, we just need to join together and leave the bickering of the Primary Circus behind us.
I want to thank Fred Thonpson, Duncan Hunter, Rudy Gulliani and Mitt Romney for their hard work in trying to get the conservativew message out. But as I said before, we can’t always get what we want. Fred Thomson as the nominee would have been great, but that didn’t happen. they all campaigned with class and had dignity. Who knows, maybe McCain will choose Fred, Rudy or Mitt for VP, and then they could get their chance in 2016.
Now is the time to get back together and getbehind the nominee. John McCain.
