Were Obama’s Lottery Winners Picked In Advance?
The change that the Obama campaign made at its Web site was cosmetic, perfunctory, and the apparent minimum necessary to avoid trouble with the law.
Now the question arises as to whether at least one lottery picked its winners at random. An E-mail from the campaign announced a winner before the entry deadline, and a cynic might speculate as to whether all the “winners”–people who would make good photo appearances with the candidate–were picked in advance.
