Dear Folger,

Unprecedented Coverage of the Republican National Convention!
Dozens of the McCainVictory08.com bloggers have been credentialed into the Republican National Convention. We will have more Main Street Media bloggers in St. Paul than most news organizations have reporters! We are partnering with Let’sGetThisRight.com and GrizzlyGroundswell.com in an unprecedented effort to cover the convention as the new Main Street Media with dozens of bloggers on site, over 40 Blog Talk Radio shows and at least two channels of 24/7 streaming video.
Help us get the word out about this exciting new coverage of the convention and more importantly, the spin of the main stream media. It’s easy.
Just click the hyperlink above to McCainVictory08.com. In the right sidebar you will find the widget under Citizen Journalists Unite. In the bottom right hand corner, click on the share button
and you can automatically upload the widget to a blog, your Facebook or MySpace page or any number of other social networking sites. Anyone who visits your blog or SocNet profile will be able to access all our new media content. You don’t need to do anything else!

| Help us move beyond the Internet!
As
you know, we are all just online activists and volunteers, working to support John McCain and the Republican party. However, tens of thousands of potential boots on the ground volunteers still get the bulk of their news and information from their local newspapers. We need your help! We don’t have a huge budget. Heck, we don’t have a budget at all! We have passion and dedication but there is a limit to what we can do. PR firms and press release services charge hundreds to thousands of dollars for a single press release. We need to get our message out to these local papers, many of whom will reprint a well written press release as a news story!
Please help us by sending us the e-mail contact for a political reporter or the news department of your local paper at mediarelations@letsgetthisright.com and we will add it to our growing list of media contacts. You will be helping get John McCain’s message of Country First and Securing America’s Future out to thousands of people.
Support John McCain by Supporting Republican Candidates!
Unlike Barack Obama, Senator McCain has not reneged on his promise
to accept public financing for the general election. The Obama money machine will have at least twice what the McCain campaign will have to spend for the general election. You still have until September 1st to donate directly to the McCain Campaign. However, we have a strategy to support not only John McCain but Republican Candidates in crucial battleground states as well. Working with our partners at www.letsgethisright.com
we have already endorsed and are raising money for 14 candidates in key states such as Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and others. In fact on Friday we will be announcing four more Congressional candidates in key districts in Florida. By empowering these candidates to run robust campaigns, you are helping bring out volunteers to register people to vote, make phone calls and go door-to-door in support of these Republican candidates. This will in turn help the McCain campaign in these crucial states and push
back against the Democratic machine of PAC and special interest money that are literally sending millions of dollars from around the country to effect these local races. Please visit our Slatecard to review our candidates and make a contribution to Senator McCain and some or all of our endorsed candidates.

I am sorry that this was such a long message but there is simply so much going on that I wanted to share with you. I will be in St. Paul for the convention from the 2nd to 4th and
couldn’t be more excited. If you have any questions or suggestions for stories our bloggers should go after please feel free to use my personal email. Sincerely,
|
