So, the international community has gotten both Russia and Georgia to sign a cease-fire. A peace treaty of sorts. Requiring both sides military’s to return to pre-aggression status. Russia back into South Ossetia and Abkhazia, and Georgian forces back into Georgia proper. Okay, great. Now what?
