7/21/2008 trascript of Speach:

Introduction:
Greetings, my Grizzly Groundswell neighbors! http://www.grizzlygroundswell.com
Now I usually do not speak, especially about myself, but I feel today is the time and place to do just that. As the representative of the Grizzly Groundswell, I owe you, my members, readers and listeners insight into what we are building. I do not plan to make this a habit, so enjoy this rare occasion. Most of my time and effort is spent lifting my neighbor, my members up. That is why I call myself the glorified custodian of the Grizzly Groundswell.
Tonight it is my privilege and duty to share with you a recap of a year getting Grizzly. I will attempt this great feat by sharing with you the roots of my inspiration to create the Grizzly Groundswell. I will then share with you the frustration I found in my conservative neighbors inaction and vulnerability to be easily divided and conquered. Then I will share with you some solutions. Of course the solution to all is the Grizzly Groundswell, but I will layout some basic principles I have founded the Grizzly Groundswell movement upon as well.
In summary, then when you just cry out for numbers, I will let you down softly, because this year’s numbers are unimportant to where we are headed. I will point your vessel toward the goal, the safe harbor, the mountain we are about to move. Then I hope I will inspire you to join with me in attaining these goals and so much more!
First, before I go onto this important speech, I just wanted to thank you. (Thank Them)
Authors, contributors, subscribers, readers, listeners, online radio show hosts, candidates and activists.
Without, you, and our fast friendships and collegial relationships, this idea would have been just that an idea. However, your faith in me and my idea has truly moved a mountain and made it a reality. Words cannot express my gratitude, or my love for you my neighbor and friend. Now before I start blubbering like an idiot, let me wipe these wet eyes and continue.

Inspiration
Reagan: “Mr. Gorbachev, Tear Down this Wall!”
Left’s indoctrination and fear of the nuclear bomb.
When I was a child, my grandparents farm sat just beyond a nuclear outpost near Walum, North Dakota. We farmed the land with my uncle when I was young. It was late fall, and we were burning the midnight oil to get the harvest in. My uncle and father where running tirelessly the combine and us kids and my mother were manning the grain trucks. In a nearby field our neighbor had a newer combine and the whole prairie was feverishly bringing in the harvest under the full moon. This was a time when us children would practice getting under our desks during the nuclear threat sirens at our public school. Reagan was busy placing missles in Europe and the public school made sure us kids feared such radical actions by increasing the amount of drills. The threat of Nuclear war was heavy on this young mind. That night, there was a storms rolling in and the swathed grain was laying vulnerable in the fields. Everyone on the prairie was hurridly pushing to bring in the harvest as the flashes of lightning rolled closer on the prairie. The neighbors new combine made a funny noise that sounded like a dull siren in the distance. An air raid siren sound. The flashes of lightening and the nearby nuclear outpost lay in the same direction coupled with the fear planted by the public school drills, I had an overwhelming sense that the world I so loved was coming to an end. My parents and especially my father explained it was just the combine in the next field and my mind knew that was true, fear clenched my young mind and I lived a night of total panic. I was determined to write my president Reagan for him to do something about this. For him to keep us safe and knock off this craziness. Honestly, I never got around to writing that letter. Now as an adult, I kick myself for not writing it. I would give anything to have gotten a reply from President Reagan. What words of wisdom would he of passed along to this scared young child? I guess, since my inaction, I will never truly know.

Reagan giving words to the idea
I remember those immortal words being spoken, “Mr. Gorbechev, Tear down this Wall!” This voice boomed from my television and I started seeing this President in a new light. Every night my television tore this great man down and my young frightened mind bought it. Especially after that night of terror in that barley field a season or so prior. However, Reagan’s optimism and leadership started to get my attention. I thought it was bold or crazy to demand such an impossible thing. I put it away in the back of my mind, but I started paying attention.

It actually happening, the wall came down.
The day the wall came down, the scales from my eyes fell off as well. I could not believe my eyes. Here this man, our President Reagan had proclaimed it and what seemed crazy at the time, had actually came to pass. That day, I was hooked, line and sinker. All the indoctrination that was forced upon me in fear, had no hold upon me. I was now, an encourageable student who could be bent by their agenda, but not broken as before.

Talk Radio:

Rush: I had before thought of Rush as a self serving egotist. Yet, now after my transformation in conservative thought, I caught his humor as I too had to deal with instructors and teachers who would belittle and look down upon my Christian beliefs and conservative outlook of the world around me. I now understood Rush’s humor and I loved it. Then there would be those days when Rush would take the time to instruct on conservative thought and I finally found an instructor I could believe in, and cherish. Rush truly deserves all the credit for helping me find and define conservative thought. I know I am not the only one who owes a great deal of thanks to the Rushbo!

Jason Lewis:

I was gifted with a job in a fine arts bronze foundry. We molded poured and fine grinded and patina fine works of bronze like the college hockey Hobey Baker Award and other great awards and works of art. I was turned on to am 1500 a talk radio station. When Paul Harvey came on, I knew when to shake off the bronze shrapnel and take my break. Rush, and Jason Lewis instructed me and helped me formulate and crystallize my understanding and conservative thought. I had found my image, literally and that was as a conservative.

Talkspot Forum

Jason Lewis left to greener pastures and then returned to KTLKFM 100.3FM. It was great to get him back. His economic perceptions and assertions are very cherished as it is my weakness, or was my weakness. I became very active going to the tax cut rally’s and eventually cutting my teeth in this alternative media in their talkspot forum. I found my voice there, and found that I could really keep the socialist squirrels running and I was getting great responses to my writing. I had found my voice and now, I had found a medium to communicate it. I had a feeling of such loneliness in higher education. I was sick of the constant battle against all odds. I had now found others that responded favorably to my voice and thought and such a sense of home and acceptance reminds me daily of what I wanted to create so that others like myself who take the battle to the stinking thinking of the socialist squirrels to those in authority, I needed to provide them a safe place to call their own. A place where they were safe and encouraged to reach new heights. But how could I do this? I needed to learn about this alternative media and I needed to do it quickly.
E. W. Everson: http://eweverson.com/?p=7

Pioneer Spirit:
Since the death of my father, and even before in his sickness, I found myself having to cut off my immediate family for my own good of myself and my lovely wife. The verse, “let the dead, bury the dead” actually instructed me upon my path Christ was calling me upon. I found my wife and I, living here in Minnesota, away from our families in the heart of socialism. We were pioneers, in a new land. I turned to my great grandfather’s story with a simple question, “why did he and his father, leave family back in Norway and come to America?” What drives a person to uproot themselves, cut the limb and graft themselves into another nation, and start a new family, leaving parents, siblings and extended family? Did E. W. Everson and his father Andrew have a similar experience as I had just had?

I am still trying to answer those questions, but it unlocked one of the Greatest stories that the socialists, communists, Nazi fascists and radicals never wanted anyone to hear. It is a great American Story of a Norwegian immigrant who is raised by fellow immigrants, here in America. E. W. Everson learned English from Solomon Tidd and he would have the Irish brogue for the rest of his life as he spoke English. It is a story of opportunities to work and prosper in this great nation and finally purchase land of his own. It is a story of family and pioneering the North Dakota prairie as they created family in their local town, school and church. It is a story about service of the neighbor and the sense of citizenship that is lost on today’s indoctrinated youth. It is a great story of this little immigrant boy finding the girl and creating a state in the greatest country known to man. It is a story of the underdog doing good. It is a story that when the underdog finds himself in a seat of power, as a Representative, doing the right thing against all odds and public sentiment. It is a story of the good guy getting tarred and feathered and facing the Townley political Tornado alone and girding up his loins standing and taking it all on, despite it’s furry in faith and righteousness. It is a story and a template of how one humble man can unite conservatives across party lines, Republican, Democrat and Independent in order to take on a powerful corrupt tyranny and win. My friends, it is the story I utilized as a template to create the Grizzly Groundswell.

That moment in life when you have to choose between right and wrong:

E. W. Everson was in his third term of the house of Representatives. He had honor, respect and an office I am sure he never dreamed he would attain in that boat he crossed the ocean as a young boy coming to America. He had faith that would move mountains and ideals of this great nation that most have lost today. He had joined the Non Partisan League in his third term and was excited about the promise this new organization had sold him on. However, he soon found that the organization was infested with Socialist Squirrels and walked hand in hand with tyranny and corruption. Most politicians today look the other way and continue to fill their pockets and cherish their seat of power sold to the highest bidder.

This is from my great grandfather’s obituary and it pointed me to the story that is not found in the North Dakota History Books. In fact, you will not find E. W. Everson’s name in them at all. I guess the socialist squirrels do not want you to know they can be easily defeated if only one man or woman decides to stand up and oppose them.
Death Claims Rebel Who Defied Townley Dynasty

E. W. Everson, Fighting Griggs County Statesman, First Sounded Tocsin Of Mutiny Against Dictatorial Nonpartisan League Suzerains

The “original insurgent”-the first member of the Nonpartisan League to revolt at the leadership that brought that organization into the North Dakota political field, died at Walum, Griggs County, Friday.
He was E. W. Everson, member of the legislature in 1917-serving his third term-elected for his last session as a Nonpartisan, turned out in the succeeding year because he had the temerity to challenge the policies of and the leadership of A. C. Townley and his group.
Not for many years has the name of Mr. Everson graced the headlines of North Dakota Newspapers. But there was a time when he got first attention when his name was blazoned forth in large type, when he was embattled by NonPartisan opponents as the champion of a new order within unit, when he was condemned and assailed by the Nonpartisan Leader as a traitor to the farm movement.
Those were stirring days in North Dakota Politics.

League Exultant In 1917

The nonpartisan league came into Bismarck at the opening of the 1917 session of the legislature exultant at their large successes in the prior election. They had swept the state house practically clean of officials-Only one, John Steen, remaining of the group which had been in office. They had gained control of the House of Representatives by a majority of more than two thirds of the whole membership: they had made a heavy sweep toward power over the senate a sweep that was destined to culminate two years later in obtaining absolute control.
Into this situation came Everson-a heavily bearded, stocky figure-progressive or liberal to the last in his political principles, yet well enough versed in the ways of politics to resent the manner in which the Nonpartisan League had been conducted.
The 1916 elections had witnessed the naming of Lynn J. Frazier as governor: had witnessed a Nonpartisan convention held in Fargo

Where the whole ticket was picked by the “higher ups”-where the delegates were largely hand picked, and where they had no voice in the proceedings.
Everson Resents Dictation
As the legislature came into action, the Nonpartisan caucus was organized. Mr. Everson’s resentment mounted, coming to a point of open warfare when, circulating among the Nonpartisan legislators, he and others addressed themselves to the leaders with an open demand for membership representation in the conduct of Nonpartisan affairs.
This petition-a petition that was to become historic and which represented the first bit of insurgency within the Nonpartisan league-was signed first by Everson, then by others.
In this petition reciting grievances, there was this conclusion-
“That we the undersigned members of the Nonpartisan Farmers league, hereby respectfully petition and urge the officers of the league to make arrangements for the calling of a convention of duly elected delegates from each county to form a constitution and by-laws to embrace therein the initiative, referendum and the recall in order to insure that the wishes of the majority of the members shall at all times guide and determine the policies of the organization: and also to provide therein for the placing of the organization on a firmer financial basis by the election of officers whose duties are definitely prescribed, whose salaries are fixed, and who will owe this organization a strict accountability for the disbursement of all moneys belonging therein.”
Everson Baits Leaders
One needs to know something of the bitterness of the period to understand how revolutionary all this was. One needs to appreciate something of the ends to which the Nonpartisan leadership of that period was prepared to go to force obedience to realize that Mr. Everson had set himself in for a terrorizing attack.
A. C. Townley was out of the state at the time. He was quickly recalled, and the rebellion that had commanded no small support, was quickly suppressed. All but Everson abandoned the fight: all but the Griggs county man gave up the demand for financial accounting, for membership control, and for the other things that he contended should be established.
The Nonpartisan Press-the notorious Nonpartisan Leader published in Fargo, then at its peak-pounced upon Everson. He was accused of “selling out”; he was cartooned with diamonds in his necktie, embraced by “Big Biz”-a character grown famous in North Dakota and who wielded a mighty influence. No attack too biter; no charge overlooked the Nonpartisan leadership made an “object lesson” of Mr. Everson as it dug into his private life, as it made sensational charges woven out of whole cloth.
Make Example of Him
Everson had rebelled, and Nonpartisan leadership determined that others within the organization might have similar ideas, shame be made to see what would happen to them.
The Griggs county farmer stood his guns, became widely known as the man who wouldn’t quit-became in fact, the man responsible for the initiation of the movement that was to result in the eventual formation of the Independent Voters association, of which he was the first president.
Born in Toten, Norway, April 29, 1857. Mr. Everson came to American in 1866 and with his father took homestead in Griggs County in 1888.

The Fight against all odds to victory

Every dog has his day and E. W. Everson’s day came in 1921 with the recall of the very first State Governor in US history. Two other state offices were also recalled and the IVA had brought the NonPartisan League socialists to it’s knees just as they were mobilizing to change American History with a supremecy in American Politics. However defeated, they were more slowed then anything. The socialist idea outlived E. W. Everson and is in prominence today. We face a much uglier, bigger and better funded socialist threat within then even E. W. Everson and his IVA faced. However, we have found the key to victory. That is the Grizzly Groundswell’s mission.
http://eweverson.com/?p=3
E. W. Everson left us one quote, poorly written in his handwritten life story. It reads as follows:

“…these imported Scalists (socialists) could come and organize the Farmers and I.W.W.’s to gather and organization that would destroy the Farmers first, and then all other taxpayers, and to this day there is lots of Farmers just as blind as ever.” -E. W. Everson

http://eweverson.com/?p=19
This summarizes my inspiration behind the Grizzly Groundswell. It is not complete but it points those who are new to our movement into the foundation in which we are building.

Here is an interesting bit of trivia for you before I continue on: Why do we call it Grizzly Groundswell? Where does the Grizzly come from?
It comes from this newspaper clipping I found:
http://eweverson.com/?p=12

The following was copied from the Westhope Standard, 1919. the IVA (Independent Voters Association) was fighting the Non Partisan League and were touring the state. E. W. Everson, a former leaguer, was the primary mover behind the IVA.
There were several members of the touring squad described but only Mr. Everson is described here.
Hon. E. W. Everson
President of the IVA dubbed by the leaders of the Non Partisan League as the “Grizzly Bear”. Served two years in the legislative where his progressive tendency and knowledge of farm economy made him a figure to be reconed with, even though he seldom makes any noise. Anti-Townites who come to rally will wait to see Mr. Everson for details as to the plans and the purposes of the Independent Voters Association.

Inaction, Frustration, on into a Resolution

Talk Radio: AM 1500 & KTLK FM 100.3

Political Pundits

Am I the only one who really gets frustrated with the endless political punditry that is just piss and vinegar and is founded in truth, but does not result in any action? I became frustrated to no ends with the banging gongs of inaction I found in talk radio and in local political events. A march and a rally here or there is for hippies, I often thought. Hell, I still think that. I just became frustrated to no ends with the talk, talk, talk and no action! Now I know that our talk radio show hosts walk a thin line from motivating the populace to act and motivating radicals to do something stupid. I am against all radicalism, and I have had to grow into an understanding of action that moves at a glacial pace. I still think there is more we can do, and I am very interested in what it takes to get a good man or woman from being unawake to the political need for their voice and action to becoming an activist. I have constructed a simple formula that I think is a great formula for political landscape change in your backyard.

Inaction to action:

Awaken + Stand Up + Step into Action = changing the political landscape in your backyard while inspiring others across the nation to do the same.

Awaken: Everyone has to have a moment in time when they become awakened to the need to have their conservative thought, voice and image; read, heard and seen. Mine seem to culminate around Reagan as I shook off the public school teachers union indoctrination and embraced my roots and Christian understanding of the world around me. What is your moment in time when you were truly Awakened?

Stand Up:
E. W. Everson stood up to the most powerful political machine of his day as the first insurgent that sacrificed his name, family and comfy position because it was the right thing to do. His leadership, brought great conservatives to eventually rally behind him and his IVA to fight this socialist cancer the NPL was destroying the Midwest states future with. I stood up on the KTLK Talkspot and with the Grizzly Groundswell putting my name, address and phone number out there for the world to see that I was not going to take this sitting down no longer. When did you stand up for conservative thought, voice and image or a fellow conservative neighbor?

Step into Action:
How do you step into action? I did so by getting involved in my local BPOU in the Republican Party and starting the www.grizzlygroundswell.com and Blog, radio and video network as well as the humor site, www.socialistsquirrel.com I have sense expanded these blogs into online radio shows and continue to recruit others to join these networks and lift up their talent, skill and dreams. How do you step into action? Let the Grizzly Groundswell Networks assist you by lifting your heavy lifting and plugging you into the best in this new alternative media.

Thus changing your political landscape in your backyard while inspiring others to do the same in theirs all across the nation. You often hear me say that it does not matter who is elected to national offices if your very own backyard does not have conservative leadership in place. I come from a Lutheran denomination that believes that the congregation is the pinnacle of the church. Bishops and offices are servants of the congregation and not the other way around. I feel that our backyard grassroots leadership is where the rubber hits the road as well. Our state and national elected officials are only servants of the local political leadership. If we can inspire others to think this way, and this includes our candidates, America will be around for generations to come. However, if we cannot win the battle for American’s hearts and minds, all may be lost, quicker than we would like.

Piss and Vinegar

This alternative media and politics as usual is filled with piss and vinegar. Technorati has over 70 million blogs they have tracked and it is growing. There is never a shortage of citizens clamoring to get into politics and get on that government teet in a seat of perceived power.

How does one person ever hope to climb out of the piss and vinegar of politics or this alternative media?

When the political landscape is filled with people who follow like sheep just to hold onto their seats of perceived power and prestige, how does a candidate change this political landscape and return our ideals to conservatism when the government and governmental agencies are created only for growth?

Political Landscape:

Leader or Politician-

It seems today as always we are faced with candidates who are better politicians then leaders. How often are we frustrated by politicians who wet their finger and change their platform they stand upon by poll data?

Leaders such as Reagan are few and far between, we need to find these leaders among us and lift them up out of the piss and vinegar of politics and give them an alternative media to get their message out! That is why I have created the Grizzly Groundswell.

Embracing of Socialism

E. W. Everson and his IVA in their founding documents set themselves to fight and disrupt, communists, nazi fascists, socialists and all radicals. This is what I call socialist squirrels. The enemies from without, do not scare me because our fine military can easily keep them at bay and defeat them over there. It is the enemy from within that scares the hell out of me. And of all these socialist squirrels the socialists scare me the most. You see, socialism is the seductive deception that we all succumb to in life at one time or another. It is the something for nothing that we perceive as a gift, but it is not a gift but a carrot into slavery. Although, unlike slavery, we have a choice to enter into it, and so many humans are so willing to take the morsel only to find themselves wanting more, because it never quenches the thirst. It never pacifies the needs that hard work and an honest labor does quench. Try this once, if you are stuck in the system, get out of it, by getting an honest job or two. Sure, you will work more, but what you gain will be your, and yours alone with no strings that bind.

The pioneer spirit that our forefathers had in coming to America is a powerful force of nature. They did not reach out for handouts. They gave hand ups to their neighbors and in doing so, they found self worth and the true blessings God had intended for us.

Often I find friends and new acquaintances chasing the Government programs to quench their need. Never have I found a happy man or woman who is living off the fruits of others. Remember the debtor is always slave to the one they owe too.

Government and socialism has replaced charity of neighbors, faith institutions and non profits with what they call rights of citizenship. Fools that buy this, are no better off than a child who relies on a parent to make their decisions for them. We need to lead with action and return the charity God gifts us from a neighbor, faith or non-profit institution and take away these Government intrusions that honestly only break the individuals spirit, hope and subjugate them to a life of despair and beholdenment.

Money and special Group interests & Agenda’s

Money is the petro of politics. Money buys influence and power. In itself this is not bad, just a fact we must embrace. The debtor has none of these. We must equip out conservative neighbors in becoming debt free so that our message and actions will hold the influence and power it should.

Special Groups of any interest and their agenda’s now rule the political landscape. This is great in itself but when these groups cross party lines they are heavily infested with socialist squirrels and in wielding their power and influence do more to destroy the conservative voting block then assist it. Even groups that I hold dear such as right to life and others can be more of a detriment then an assistance to the conservative. These groups are nonpartisan and they do not discern candidates as conservative or liberal, they only are interested in their stance on that issue. So Republican’s are often given candidates that support the powerful interest groups but do not stand for the parties’ conservative platform. We need to find a way to work with these groups and yet also defend our conservative platform from their influence and disregarding of our conservative ideals.

Conservative’s inability to unite thought, voice and image in strategy, and accomplish a shared goal without being easily divided and conquered.

In uniting the conservative thought, voice and image I am no longer surprised at conservative’s inability to unite, strategize and accomplish shared goals. Some have said it is due to our individual natures, or ego’s. I do not discredit these assertions but I am looking for solutions to this fatal character flaw in our conservative movement. The only solution I have found is leadership.

Conservatives will follow, or I should say, walk beside someone who is a leader. I have found that to be true in Reagan and I have found that to be true in creating the Grizzly Groundswell. The sure fire way to have your organization or movement be divided and conquered is to show you are a politician and not a strong leader. As a leader of conservatives, you must realize that you cannot lead a conservative anywhere they do not want to go even if it is for their or the movement’s own good.

I often worry that my leadership skills are wanting and I will not truly be able to lead conservatives into battle against socialist squirrels where ever they present themselves. I can only hope that you and my fellow Grizzly Groundswell neighbors know that like E. W. Everson, I am willing to stand alone and take the slings and arrows of our enemy. I have proven this by not hiding behind an online identity.

I also realize that in politics and in leadership you are building a shit brick house. The bricks we build it with are small victories placed with mortar one on top of the other. I can not lead if my mortar and brick is not a victory after victory. Sure we will get a few bricks knocked out of place from time and again, but we must go back and right them, so that the next layer is has a firm foundation of victories to be set upon. Together, we build this shit brickhouse of victories. After our race is won and our fight is over, we can sit and enjoy what we have built in comfort upon our throne!

Solutions

The solution is the Grizzly Groundswell approach to politics and this alternative media. The Grizzly Groundswell is built upon these basic principles.

Edwin & Sylvia Everson’s farmstead kitchen table

Welcome & Service: Everyone is Welcome, even my enemies.

Welkomme, I have built this site and networks on the foundation my grandparents showed me through their actions. Sylvia, my beloved and saintly grandmother never let anyone leave her kitchen table hungry. They were a modest, some may even judge poor, family that fed millions with their loaves and fishes. My grandmothers fresh bread and casseroles filled my belly and my heart and mind with love and acceptance. My grandfather epitomized love of neighbor and charity. Their home was open for kings and queens and peasants alike. Everyone had a place at their table and was welcome to stay as long as they needed to lick their wounds this world gave them. They only asked for you to pitch in the work if you could and join them at their table, with discussion and interaction. A place where honest hard work is rewarded with fresh bread, good council and a sense of accomplishment. This, my friends is the Grizzly Groundswell. It is an open market of thought, voice and image where all, including our enemies are welcome with open arms.

To walk or be sent away:
We have seen Grizzly Groundswell members and our enemies be sent away from this table or they walk away with their own decision to do so. This is that Christian tough love that must be done. It pains me, like a father spanking his child to correct his actions. I hate when I have to be the grown up and keep decorum and order in the movement. Just know that the door is never shut, you are expected to return, and better for it.

To regain trust

Once, corrected for your actions, there is always opportunities to reprove yourself to regain that trust and once again enjoy the favor of the Grizzly Groundswell movement. As I said before the door is always open, I demand of each member to depending on their skills and abilities different things. I suggest, and interact with members to assist them in their calling to promote the conservative cause. Just know I do this because of my love for you, my neighbor. You do not have to agree, you do not have to be silent, you just have to continue to grow and live up to your talent and skill God has granted you with, in this calling and membership.

Open Market of Thought, Voice & Image: Grizzly Groundswell

When lack of resources is actually a catalyst to wealth of ideas.

Michelle and I are not in no way rich monetarily. We are wealthy in faith and spirit and God given talents.

In constructing the radio network I set out to garner support and investors so we could do this right, the way someone would construct a great business if they had the means.

However, since we could not find those individuals and the capital to do so, we continued to follow God’s calling in this Grizzly Groundswell and may be even better off for it. This new strategy fits better with the original strategy and concept of the Grizzly Groundswell and is attracting more members faster and growing more rapidly than even our first try at this approach. Remember, unanswered prayers are sometimes wonderful things.

Pearls before Swine

I hope I am successfully persuading you to join, or recommit to this Grizzly Groundswell networks. That is my calling, even though I am much wanting in all abilities.

The hardest thing I have ever done is try to get entrenched bloggers, radio show hosts and video producers sold on this vision I see for this movement and this alternative media.

Slowly, with each victory we are getting more returned phone calls and emails and more and more people are jumping in with both feet.

However this alternative media is built upon the individual and the ME, ME, ME mentality that permeates our culture today.

However, my Christian approach of service and love of neighbor is truly what makes the Grizzly Groundswell approach, service and strategy its success in such a political landscape.

My ability to set my ego aside and lift up others, spending my time, capital and investment in our interdependent joint futures is truly what makes the Grizzly Groundswell unique in this alternative media.

The Grizzly Groundswell is open to one and all, not just Christians or those who wholly agree with my vision. If that was the case, this would be a cult and not a grassroots movement.

Competition sharpens your ability while doing the same to your neighbor, thus lifting both up in interdependence.

Our beloved President Bush stated, “either you are with us or against us!” and I strongly agreed in our approach to terror from without. However, in this conservative movement, there are a lot of great conservatives that are fighting the good fight on their own and they defiantly are not against us! They are just choosing to go it alone or in their own way. I salute that and I support them and their decision.

However, I hope I have made a good case of why you should join our Grizzly Groundswell movement. It is inspired by conservative thought into grassroots action and is upheld in a reverence and calling of God.

Regardless of your own faith or your standing against it, you are welcome with open arms. You just have to remember that this is not a fight over faith. That is what inspires us and equips us to accomplish goals at hand and move mountains.

If you find yourself being disruptive and tearing down members I have worked so hard to lift up, we will have a chat.

We have an enemy unlike any enemy ever faced before. The socialist squirrels have infested every aspect of our culture and have taken over our government and beloved institutions.

We need every thought, every voice and every image should to shoulder fighting the good fight with us. Division is our Achilles heel and I will do the best I can to not let that happen with still providing a safe place to disagree and fight for your perception.

Remember a single strand is easily broken but three strands woven together are not easily broken. This is the strength of the Grizzly Groundswell and our movement. We need all hands on deck and into this good fight.

We encourage thoughtful discussion and honestly, that is where we find solutions.

If you look at our membership you will notice a diverse approach and make up of our members. This is key to taking the good fight to those deceived into socialism.

We do not sing in one key, or even pretty. We sing in a chorus and we do so with unity of passion and intent. I tend to look at those old prairie congregations that sound to my ear a lot of what heaven will sound like. Each according to their talents and skill sets, giving their all to sing the conservative thought, voice and image into the hearts and minds of the American and citizens around the world that we need to free so that they too can find liberty, freedom and find their happiness, even with the freedom of failure as an option.

To me this is what the Grizzly Groundswell is built upon. I need your thought, your voice and your image to fully realize this alternative media’s full potential.

Conclusion:

Now that I have belabored your ear with my thought, I want to lay out this Grizzly Groundswell strategy and opportunity in covering the RNC convention this Fall in a totally new way!

The Grizzly Groundswell goals are thus:

To provide a check and balance to MSM coverage

To lift up the RNC and the convention

To empower the local backyards to speak out their perceptions on the convention that serves them. Remember, our assertion is that it is the backyard you call home is the pinnacle of the power structure. The river flows down from your backyard to your county, state and the national government. This RNC Convention is not the pinnacle of our Republican party but a site, way down the river that serves and uplifts you, the member of that party that stands in your backyard.
There is simply no excuse not to partake in this event!

Remember: Awaken + Stand Up + Step Into Action = Changing the Political Landscape to Conservative Ideals in your Backyard!
