Grizzly Groundswell

Recently the California Supreme Court overturned the will of the people and declared homosexual marriage legal by judicial fiat. There are many people who are happy about this and trough their joy they are ignoring the fact that judges legislated from the bench to overturn the will of the people who voted to define marriage as a union between one man and one woman. The fact that this defines marriage shows that homosexuals were not allowed to get married but as is usual with the liberals in society, they use judges to get what they are unable to via the legislative process.

Time after time fads that start in California work their way west. It will not be long before this abomination starts playing out in other states. A gay lawmaker in Maryland has already found hope in the California ruling. State Senator Richard Madaleno is now hoping that gay marriage legislation that has failed several times will get new life after the California fiasco. What Richard Madaleno wants is for us to change laws and centuries of tradition in order to appease people who gain no benefit from marriage. Everything they claim marriage will provide can be taken care of through other legal procedures.

This is nothing more than forcing abnormal behavior on the rest of society. The citizens of this country are being forced to accept gay marriage as if it is normal and who knows what will happen to people who refuse to acknowledge the marriage. We have already had people charged for refusing to film a gay ceremony because of religious reasons.

The California decision should either be overturned by the Supreme Court or by the voters who will change the California Constitution to directly ban marriage. If I were in charge I would take away civil unions as well just for good measure. If other states want to prevent this from happening they should start working now to amend their Constitutions to ban same sex marriages. This is the only way to prevent courts from ruling something unconstitutional.

Western society is in a downward spiral and we continue to fall deeper and deeper into an immoral abyss. Homosexuality is abnormal behavior and the only good thing about it is that those who practice it do not reproduce. If we continue to allow these kinds of things to take place our demise will be soon at hand.

Pastor Wright claims the US Government invented AIDS to get rid of blacks. However, that disease is overwhelmingly inherent in the gay population despite so called studies that claim it is evenly spread the fact is gays are affected at a much higher rate. Perhaps nature invented AIDS to rid us of abnormal members of the species. Then again, the fact that liberals still exist shows that evolution does not happen and Darwin was incorrect about survival of the fittest (though they keep aborting themselves away so who knows).

It appears that at least one Maryland Senator wants to help hasten things along.
