Windfall Tax on Retirement Income

Adding a tax to your retirement is simply another way of saying to the American people, you’re so darn stupid that we’re going to keep doing this until we drain every cent from you. That’s what the Speaker of the House is saying. Read below……………

Nancy Pelosi wants a Windfall Tax on Retirement Income.. In other words tax what you have made by investing toward your retirement. This woman is a nut case! You aren’t going to believe this.

Madam speaker Nancy Pelosi wants to put a Windfall Tax on all stock market profits (including Retirement fund, 401K and Mutual Funds! Alas, it is true - all to help the 12 Million Illegal Immigrants and other unemployed Minorities!

This woman is frightening.
She quotes…” We need to work toward the goal of equalizing income, (didn’t Marx say something like this), in our country and at the same time limiting the amount the rich can invest.” ( I am not rich, are you)

When asked how these new tax dollars would be spent, she replied:
“We need to raise the standard of living of our poor, unemployed and minorities. For example, we have an estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in our country who need our help along with millions of unemployed minorities. Stock market windfall profits taxes could go a long way to guarantee these people the standard of living they would like to have as ‘Americans’.” (Read that quote again and again and let it sink in. Lower your retirement, give it to others who have not worked as you have for it.

Snopes has this as a false statement. Sorry for anyone out there that I may have fooled. But is was a statement that sounded like she would say. Just like Hillary’s statement that she needs to take away from the oil companies. Sorry for any misinformation.
I usually try and check out snopes beforehand, but as I said before it sounds too much like what Pelosi would actually say.

I don’t really care if she did say that or not she is actively trying to push this tax on average Americans and someone has to stop the insanity we call Congress.

 This Windfall Tax is a complete hoax that is spread by the redneck GOP to get geezers all worked up. Pelosi never proposed an extra tax on elders.

The Windfall Tax Bill is only aimed at big Oil Companies - on their huge profits, not on us regular “guys.”

@Ilene Rachel: Why is it not aimed at us regular “guys”? Oh, that is right…It is! Business does not absorb stupid tax. We do! They pass it along to us after all the whole reason business is in existence is to make a profit, provide jobs for talented people so they can raise their families and provide a useful service.

Why the hell do we want to penalize any business? “Big Biz” is not your enemy here. You are your worse enemy. You rationalize theft from those who provide jobs and create wealth and prosperity. I bet you even have these very companies in your retirement investments.

I would just like you to see the big picture here. We can agree that Stealing and theft is wrong and especially wrong when done through the mechanism of Government. Just because it is not you (actually it is) it is still wrong!

“big” Oil companies will just quit doing business where socialism reigns supreme. Just because the masses have a vote and can be hoodwinked into theft by Government does not make it right!

Here is one more salient point. Who do you think is better at innovating and coming up with solutions to our energy needs? Government or “Big” Oil companies? Who has the expertise? Which among them provides a service that on the free market is lucrative? Which among the two only spends and never produces anything but red tape and ineptness?

I choose the individual, the big business, and simple common sense. We simply can not let socialists and the weak minded steal from “big” oil or any other citizen for that matter, it is wrong and needs to be stopped. I am awakened, Standing Up and Stepping into Action changing my political landscape in my backyard. Wake up and join us!
