“Vote your heart”

“Vote your heart”. Isn’t that what we have heard about the primary’s? We are supposed to vote for who we believe in despite the possibility of the candidate getting into office?
I heard a talk radio host before Christmas (a fill in for Mark Levin), say something like “you could vote for Mickey Mouse, as long as that is who you believe in…”.
After last nights fiasco with Mike Huckabee winning so many states, the concept of “voting your heart” rather than voting strategically seems silly. As conservatives, we must rally behind our only viable option, Mitt Romney.
From what I saw last night, we are in for a lot of Mickey Mouse in the White House.
