The origin of “Grizzly Groundswell” is inspired from my Great Grandfather who recalled the first Governor in USA history in 1921 with his Independent Voters Association in which he united Conservatives from the old Conservative “real” republicans of the Abraham Lincoln Republicans or Lincoln Republican League, Democrats and Independents.  You see the Socialists deceived the farmer in 1916 and swept into power as they overtook the Republican Party in 1916-17 winning not only the Governor but majority rule in House and Senate as well as other high ranking positions in North Dakota.

E. W. Everson actually assisted them and joined them being deceived of their intent not to help the farmer but deceive them for the attainment of power.  The Non Partisan League is essentially the blue print for Obama and Clinton and the DNC as well as ACORN.  A. C. Townley was their master mind and a known Satan Worshiper.

My great grandfather in 1917 put forth a famous petition you will never read in any history book demanding that these Socialist Squirrels give one vote to each member of the NPL, the leadership should be elected by the membership and not self appointed and there should be a firm accounting of the large sums of money their organization was attaining and the leadership should be held accountable.

For this TEMERITY, E. W. Everson was made the example of anyone that crosses the political powerhouse machine of their day.  They attempted to destroy him.  Yet, E. W. Everson was the man who never quit.  He lost his position as a Representative but he endured this Townley Tornado no matter what slander they threw at him.  He was even cartooned chumming with “Big Biz” with a diamond in his tie.  You see the class envy was nothing new.  It is still used today and we are seeing it ramped up as these silly Socialist Squirrels  make a grab for all the nuts they can carry.

A. C. Townley would often refer to E. W. Everson in his speeches.  Deride and ridicule him.  E. W. and A. C. had found their nemesis.  E. W. and immigrant pioneer who was fighting for the Freedom and Liberty he crossed the Atlantic ocean at the age of 9 to attain, and A. C. Townley a failed flax farmer deceived by the failed ideal of Socialism as a tool to gain the power he lusted.  A classic battle in one of the most fascinating and turbulent political fights in USA history.  Yet, I never read about it in my North Dakota history books, you see the failed idea of Socialism never died, but E. W. Everson did in 1931.

Now A. C. Townley nicknamed E. W. the “Grizzly Bear”  and A. C. Townley was the “goat”.  This is where I get the “Grizzly” in our Grizzly Groundswell.  The “Groundswell” comes from what I sensed in 2007 this country needed.  I felt this under current of American citizens getting ready to Awaken, Stand Up, and Step into Action because we really need to take back our backyards and inspire others to do the same.  It has been over two years now since the Grizzly Groundswell was founded, July 27, 2007.

We are seeing the Grizzly Groundswell of American citizens outraged and Awakening to the fact that they have been derelict in our duty as citizens to govern ourselves and our backyards.  We have let the Socialist Squirrels infest every level of government and our beloved institutions our founders and pioneers worked so hard to gift us with.  We are just now realizing that we must start again in our backyards and take them back.  We have foundation stones that need to be reset true and plumb so that the successive generations will be able to build upon them and finally reach the shining city on the top of the hill that God has called this country to become for this world.

We have a lot of work to do and I am so glad to surround myself, like E. W. Everson did, with the greatest patriots this country has ever known.  We have the fight of our lives in front of us but the victory is ours to attain.  This is a fight of Principalities, ideals and values for the hearts and minds of the American people and the world.  We are blessed to be on the right side, the winning side, but there is so much to do before we can enjoy even a small victory.  This is a fight, like E. W. Eversons fight that will not end in our life time.  We will lay in our graves wishing we had another decade to accomplish all that God is calling us to do in this world.

This is why we must ignite imaginations, win hearts and minds and inspire future generations to build upon the foundation blocks we will spend our lives re-setting.
